Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

1. Fulfillment Policy

Once you sign a contract with Alpha Dental Solutions, our team will begin delivering the agreed-upon services as outlined in your contract. These services may include, but are not limited to, digital marketing strategies, campaign management, and website development.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, which include digital marketing, website development, and campaign management, all sales are final once the services have commenced. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been delivered or are in progress.

3. Cancellation Policy

All contracts with Alpha Dental Solutions require a minimum commitment of three (3) months. After the initial 3-month period, contracts automatically convert to a month-to-month agreement.

  • Minimum Term: Clients are unable to cancel their services during the initial 3-month commitment.

  • After the Minimum Term: Once the initial 3-month period has passed, clients may cancel their services by providing 30 days' written notice. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
